The best part is, regardless of what freehold townhome you decide to live in or where it is, you¿re almost guaranteed to be a short distance from these beaches thanks to the major roadways that can get you there in a jiffy. There are also several amenities lining the shores of Lake Simcoe, such as lakeside marinas, various seafood (is it ¿lakefood¿ now?) restaurants, along with some other shops and similar.
