If you live in a freehold townhome, you¿re in for the best sort of living, as you¿ll not only have purchased the townhome itself in the final price, but you also got the land in that purchase as well. Plus, you don¿t have a condo corporation or other entity telling you what you are and are not allowed to do to your building (if you want to paint a big smiley face on the driveway, you¿re more than welcome to). In owning any one of the Innisfil freehold townhomes for sale, you are putting yourself in a prime location, thanks to the fact that most of the freehold townhomes are either on or a very short drive away from the major roadways of the region. These roadways are able to lead you to the best amenities of Innisfil, as well as the fantastic beaches of Innisfil (located at the eastern side of the region right on the shores of Lake Simcoe). The one major highway that supports this region is the Highway 400 which, if taken northward, brings you right into the city of Barrie, while heading south takes you to Vaughan and Toronto (where you can fully enjoy what those cities have to offer you, then come back to peace and quiet in Innisfil).
Freehold townhomes are usually multi-level structures with a single (or rarely multi)-vehicle garage built into the bottom. In living in one, you will be giving yourself all of the comforts and benefits you¿d expect from the lifestyle of living in a townhome. Transportation through Innisfil is quite easy thanks to Innisfil Beach Road (which is the main west-east road stretching through the region), as it can take you a bit past the Highway 400 on/off-ramps, while as mentioned before, the Highway 400 can be your primary method of transportation from any of the Innisfil freehold townhomes for sale. The Highway 27, in western Innisfil, can also be an effective mode of transportation for anyone who may wish to travel by airplane, as Highway 27 literally brings you right next to the gates of Lester B. Pearson International Airport in Toronto (one of the exits is Dixon Road). Another benefit is that the Highway 27, when taken north of Innisfil, can bring you right into the heart of downtown Barrie, right against the shoreline (making for absolutely magnificent and breathtaking views of the lake (especially the lights of the buildings in Barrie reflecting off of the lake at night). All in all, the transportation and the nearby amenities makes for a fantastic experience.
Let it be known that the Innisfil freehold townhomes for sale here are of an excellent quality, yes; the amenities great; the transportation, even better¿however, another thing that Innisfil is great for is the number of beaches there are along the coast of Lake Simcoe. You have Gilford Beach, Killarney Beach, Belle Air Beach, Simcoe Beach, Goodfellow Beach, Bon Secours Beach, Leonards Beach, Moosenlanka Beach, and Glenhaven Beach ALL within a short drive along 25th Sideroad; not only are watersports fanatics able to have lots of fun in their endeavors at these many beaches, but you could spend a whole summer going to a brand-new beach almost every week if you wanted to! The best part is, regardless of what freehold townhome you decide to live in or where it is, you¿re almost guaranteed to be a short distance from these beaches thanks to the major roadways that can get you there in a jiffy. There are also several amenities lining the shores of Lake Simcoe, such as lakeside marinas, various seafood (is it ¿lakefood¿ now?) restaurants, along with some other shops and similar. When you take it all in together, Innisfil can be one heck of a really fun time.
